NCBM ec5340bdce config: rename the DeepSeek flash model to deepseek-flash 
DeepSeek dropped the `v4` prefix from its flash model, and the old id stays
valid only as a compatibility alias. Seed the default catalog with the current
name so a provider that omits `models` no longer offers a deprecated id, and
follow the rename in the wire fixtures and the minimal config template. An
explicit `deepseek-v4-flash` in TOML still passes through unchanged.

NCBM 64d288a9b1 core/memory+cli: remember session LLM; readline prompts 
Store provider_name/model on sessions (SQLite migrate); restore on
resume and persist on create//model//provider. Startup prefers session
selection over re-asking. ask/choose and provider/model pick use
readline with Tab completion when available.

NCBM 9d05988245 core/memory+cli: session rename, delete, and export 
Add MemoryStore rename/delete with explicit message cleanup. Slash
commands /rename, /delete (confirm), /export md|json write transcripts
from DB; deleting the current session starts a fresh empty one.

NCBM 19128735a2 core/memory: order sessions by recency and touch on activity 
List/get-latest by updated_at; bump updated_at when messages are
appended so workspace resume picks the lately-used session.

NCBM b80ebf783a core/cli+memory: prompt on session workspace mismatch 
When /resume or --session hits a different directory, ask keep (switch
tools root), update binding to current, or abort. Legacy unbound
sessions attach to the current workspace.
