docs: name the workspace line, the popup deadline and the bell

The body table gains the workspace (last line, `~` for home, following a
rebind), the desktop section says which popups expire and why, and "Go to
terminal" is described as what it does: withdraw, ring, leave the prompt
waiting — no window is raised, because no desktop allows it.

# The body says what is asked: a question or a choice travels whole (the title is
# only a short label), a confirmation names the program or file it is about, and a
# timed prompt says when silence answers ("no answer in 30s = deny", which is a
# deny for the denylist, directory-access and skill-write prompts).
# deny for the denylist, directory-access and skill-write prompts). The last line
# is the workspace the chat runs in (`~` for home), so several waiting chats are
# told apart; a prompt that has a deadline hands it to the popup, which then
# disappears with it.
# `include_reason` adds the one-line reason — it can name a command or a URL, so
# it stays off by default (a notification may be mirrored to a lock screen). A
# secret is never announced.
